Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Tools
Securely place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Package
Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend retaining your tracking information until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
